Thinking of returning to school or changing careers? The Downers Grove Area Branch of AAUW is offering "Back to the Books" scholarships. These scholarships are for women who: are residents of Downers Grove, Westmont, Darien, Woodridge or Lisle; have returned to college after an absence of three or more years; and are within two years of completing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited college or university. Other criteria include professional or vocational goals, financial need, educational achievement, volunteer activity, and employment history.
