The bakery, which got its start in Lisle, recently opened a second location in downtown Downers Grove. Reply DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Freshly baked pies, over-sized cookies, muffins, quiches and more are set to tempt the senses now that Pound Cake Bakery has opened its second location in downtown Downers Grove. The bakery, which got its start in Lisle, debuted its Downers Grove location in early May. The treats at Pound Cake Bakery include strawberry oat bar cookies, berry scones, muffins and breads.
