Metra Alert BNSF - Train #1202, scheduled to arrive at 5:52 a.m., Chicago may be operating 20 to 25 minutes behind schedule, due to a freight train striking a pedestrian near Downers Grove. — Metra BNSF (@metraBNSF) March 29, 2023 Police say around 2:19 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person struck by a train in the area of Main Street and the BNSF railroad crossing.
