DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Items were stolen from Harbor Freight, a car was burglarized and other crimes were reported on most recent Downers Grove crime blotter. Car Burglarized in 4200 Block of Saratoga Avenue A woman told police that someone stole the handicap placard from her car while it was parked in a lot outside her home in the 4200 block of Saratoga Avenue. Police say the woman reported having locked her car before the incident, which took place sometime between 9 p.
