Someone stole items from the BP on 75th Street, according to the village's most recent crime blotter. (Lisa Farver/Patch) DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A man stole champagne, lottery tickets and other items from a gas station in Downers Grove, according to a recent crime blotter from the village's police department. On July 4, police received a call from a man who said he was at home when he observed surveillance camera footage of the theft at the BP at 1200 75th St. The incident took place just after 2:10 a.
