My experience WAS TERRIBLE! This is listed as emergency number-apparently no one needs insurance after FRIDAY at 5 pm or Monday before 8!!! HAVE BEEN TRYING NUMBERS FOR 4 hours to help my father who is in hospital...can easily sign up for new plans or check his past payments BUT GOD FORBID get a human who wants to provide information or insurance services!!!! Lucky your market is elderly as it seems you INSURE they dont live long enough to complain!! BAD SYTEM OF SERVICE!!!!
